Your new role:
This role is to support the Procurement, Logistics, and Fleet team on a 3-month contract. The role is to perform general purchasing functions and manage supplier relationships. Key functions of the role include:
Source off-contract materials, goods and services
Compare and evaluate suppliers
Track, update and maintain records and ensure updates are communicated to the business
Place and manage purchase orders
End of month reconciliation
Monitor inventory levels
General supply chain activities
What you bring to the role:
Cert III in Logistics, Procurement or related discipline
Ability to work independently
Mature mindset and approach
Previous experience in a similar role
Customer service experience
Ability to work a few days in an office located in Huntingwood
Must be vaccinated as working with an essential services organisation
