The company are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with technology experience with Infrastructure, Network, and Data Centre focussed projects.

About your new role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in identifying and articulating specific business needs and translating them into functional solution design specifications, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end business process design and optimisation to meet business requirements. I’m looking for candidates with a strong background in large and complex enterprise network and infrastructure projects.

Specific responsibilities will include:
•Liaise with various business stakeholders to facilitate information requirements and support the project life cycle.
•Analyse needs and clearly define and document business requirements for project scope.
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives using information technology and industry knowledge.
•Define and implement plans to realise business benefits, while tracking and reporting on progress.
•Support the systems life cycle, including preparing business proposals and feasibility studies.
•Evaluate the business implications of applying technology to current and potential environments, effectively managing business impacts.
•Validate alternative solutions and technologies to drive timely and high-quality systems solutions.
•Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user training plans to ensure the quality and smooth introduction of the solution.

To be successful you’ll need to have:
•Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
•Project Management Foundational Level •Certifications would be considered favourably.
•IIBA certification is highly desirable.
•8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
•Experience working on enterprise-level networks, infrastructure, information security, or data centre-related projects.
•Extensive experience in eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Ability to develop and maintain a requirements traceability matrix.
•Ability to drive the end-to-end requirements management process, from planning and elicitation to review, signoff, and change management.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including DMZ, firewalls, and routing.
