About your new job

Due to growth and changes within the business, we are currently seeking an experienced Customer service Officer to join this close team.
Your duties will include but not be limited to –
•Supporting the internal sales team
•Make outbound calls nationally as per a prearranged call cycle to current customers
•Prospect for new accounts and relay information to the sales department
•Make inquiries regarding customer satisfaction
•Liaising with departments with accurate information regarding the outcome of customer calls
•Customer retention and upsell
•Order processing into NAV and customer portal training

About you!
•Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
•Professional phone mannerism and high level of attention to detail
•Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Accurate data entry skills
