About YOUR new job:

Reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller, you will be responsible for management and financial accounting services to meet divisional and corporate requirements. You will provide strategic business insights and commercial advice to assist the management team in reaching their business goals.

The core tasks aligned to this position will include:

•Preparation of P&L accounts and balance sheet, including analysis of variances to budget and forecast
•Co‑ordination & completion of the month-end process (includes communicating with other divisions & taking overall ownership of the month end deliverables)
•Providing strong management accounting support to the State Managers together with supporting plant managers in analysis of results
•Maintenance of the Asset Register
•Assist with cash flow forecasting
•Assist the team in business partnering across the division

About YOU!

•CA or CPA accountant or part qualified
•Has prior experience performing the above-listed tasks
•Is proven at helping non-financial stakeholders reach their business goals
•Can bring their technical accounting skills to best understand the impact on business strategy
•Has strong MS Excel skills and prior JDE experience (preferred not essential)
•Has manufacturing industry experience (preferred not essential)
•Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
