About your new role
As a key member of the team, some of the duties will include but won't be limited to –
•Managing the training onboarding, providing refresher training and training as required
•Ensuring that all training is current
•Reviewing and updating of training records
•Creating e-learning modules
•Facilitating of training
•Creating assessment questions

About you
•Experience working in or within food manufacturing or related FMCG manufacturing environment
•Ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
•Experience in facilitating training sessions
•A flexible approach to work and willingness to work at various times to capture all shift patterns
•Very well organised and can work autonomously and able to meet tight deadlines
