The Employer:

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to manage and execute defined projects to create efficiency and improvement through process reengineering and systems development as part of the transformation team.

Other responsibilities will include:
Act as a catalyst for change and transformation across the organization, partnering with the executive sponsors across the business
Deliver initiatives across the transformation program including project approvals, change management, quality control and resource allocation models
Develop and lead the change management strategy
Develop and implement communication strategies for the implementation of transformation
The Successful Applicant:
Degree qualification in Accounting and Finance or Engineering
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
A positive, collaborative and engaging approach to working with colleagues
Proven transformation experience within a customer centric business
